1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Leea ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Leea mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Description of Service
Leea is a reading companion app that allows users to track books, manage reading progress, store reading notes, set goals, and optionally upgrade to a premium subscription for additional features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity occurring under your account.
5. Premium Subscription
Leea offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions that provide additional features such as unlimited reading stats, advanced analytics, enhanced customization, and other premium tools.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trials
If offered, a free trial period will convert automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed directly by Apple via App Store in-app purchases. We do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests must be handled through Apple Support.
7. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (reading notes, reviews, progress, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering or modifying the app
- Using the app for illegal activities
- Attempting to access accounts or data belonging to others
- Uploading harmful or malicious content
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. Subscription payments already processed cannot be refunded by us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
